I hail from a background of rigorous martial arts and boxing training. Having trained with top notch athletes, I use what I’ve learned to take your fitness and performance to the next level. By integrating functional, resistance and aerobic exercise, you will reach new heights of fitness and athleticism.
Before making the leap into the fitness world, I was a 911 call taker and dispatcher. I left that career when I realized I wasn’t making the kind of impact in individuals’ lives like I wanted to. I’ve gone through my own weight-loss journey and know the struggles that come along with it. I’m here to help you overcome the challenges in your life so that you can go forward with confidence and ultimately living comfortably in your own skin. In the last four years as a trainer, I have worked with people ages 15 to 73 and all in different places of their fitness journeys. We don’t die, we modify! I’m a trainer that’s a jack-of-all! If you have a problem, I’m here to help you solve it. I can help you with working around injuries, aches and pains, body sculpting, toning, strength, mobility, flexibility, weight-loss, diet and everything in between. I understand starting a new routine and new lifestyle can be the most challenging thing you will experience, but it will also be the most rewarding!
